As a result of audit findings, our client needed multiple legal opinions reviewed and memoranda prepared documenting the critical pieces of information which were to be presented to an internal committee as part of the annual approval process. As bespoke opinions were required to be included in this process as well as industry opinions the task had become unfeasible for the internal legal team to execute. Having tried other methods of bolstering the internal team, our client decided to embrace the near-shoring option for the first time.

Following an initial day spent working in the client's offices, we were able to begin the review process immediately following receipt of the initial batch of documentation. By allocating the work throughout the team, the tight timelines were able to be met and managed effectively and efficiently.
